Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellation within 24 hours may attract a cancellation fee equal to one session. Refunds for unused sessions or packages are processed as per clinic terms — contact clinic staff for package-specific refund rules.
